You can update your membership package at any time.
Follow this process to adjust your membership package:
Step 1: Navigate to your account details section by selecting “View My Member Profile” from your dashboard.
Step 2: Under your business name you can view your current membership package and then select the “Update Membership” button.
Step 3: From the membership update page, please select your desired membership package. You may also pause or cancel your membership.
This page will walk you through the next steps to complete your membership update.
Updates are Immediately Applied to Your Membership
After submission, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your membership update. The membership update will be applied on the first day of the next month without penalty.
Please note that if you have a grandfathered package and you choose a new membership package, you cannot revert to a grandfathered package. Any package that is not listed on this page is a grandfathered package.
