Our team often asks our members for their feedback in projects to make sure we’re moving in the right direction according to their goals. We typically request feedback and send updates by project phase. Members can provide feedback directly in the projects in the member platform.
Our project phases are listed on each project details page on our website. In the video below, you can view an example of projects phases for a one-time project and a recurring project:
We typically ask questions when we send you project updates to let you know what kind of feedback we’re looking for, but you don’t have to answer those questions to provide feedback. You can provide any type of feedback. We want to meet your goals and deliver your vision.
If you provide feedback in a Google Doc or other file, please also post a note in the related project to notify our team of those changes.
You can also send requests and provide feedback at any point during an active project, from the moment you approve it to after our team has presented the project deliverables – and even after we have marked the project as complete. At any point in the project, we are happy to adjust our approach and make changes to the project deliverables.
