While we do not dictate the direction of our members’ marketing programs – our members decide the direction of their marketing programs – our strategy team is available by request to help guide our members’ marketing programs.
Marketing guidance is included in some of our standard membership packages, so if you have an active membership, use it often!
As a member, to see if your membership package includes marketing guidance, visit this link. On that page, you can view and compare all of the memberships we are currently offering to our current members. If your current package does not include marketing guidance, you can still send strategy questions and project estimate requests to our strategy team, and pay for that work by the hour.
You have two options to access marketing guidance:
- Schedule a strategy meeting
- Assign a project for the strategy team
You can schedule a strategy meeting directly from your member account:
After you schedule a strategy meeting, we will create an active project on your dashboard to house all communication for that conversation. The meeting itself will be via screen share, but we will provide our recommended next steps in the strategy project after the meeting.
To assign a project for our strategy team, click Assign a Project. From there, Select a Category and choose Strategy. Then fill out the rest of the details. See the video below for a preview of this experience.
Assigning a strategy project is a great option to take advantage of marketing guidance if you prefer communicating in writing or if you don’t have time for a meeting.
After we have heard your request via phone or read/listened to them in the strategy project, our strategy team will provide you with the next steps to meet your marketing goals. This may include the creation of project estimates and sending updates in your active projects.
Most of our marketing guidance requests turn into project estimates or project changes because it takes action to meet your marketing goals.
