Our members completely manage their projects within the member platform.
Once you have assigned or approved at least one project estimate, it will move to your Active Projects list. You may view project details and project updates by clicking on each project title under your Active Projects list. Once you click within a project, you can view updates from our team as well as send feedback. All project updates and deliverables will be sent in your active projects. We encourage you to send feedback regularly.
Our team works on your active projects. We typically send you updates during each project phase; these project phases are noted in our common project details pages. In most cases for one-time projects, we let you know when we are diving into a project, when we’re halfway through the project, and when the project is complete. For recurring projects, we typically let you know when we are diving into a project followed by the first month’s update, and then we send a monthly update.
You can assign projects, pause projects, schedule strategy meetings, and update your member profile whenever you need to – all from within the member platform. All of these activities can be done as often as you’d like to meet your unique marketing goals and needs.
