By fully documenting your business upfront in the member profile, we are able to execute projects without day-to-day input from you when projects are assigned to our team.
Your level of engagement is entirely up to you. Some members prefer to review everything while others take a hands-off approach. Most members spend just a couple of hours per month reviewing projects and collaborating with our team.
We will always let you know if we need or would like your feedback on a project.
In order to have successful marketing programs, we recommend checking in on your active projects often and scheduling a strategy meeting at least every few months. That way, we can revisit your marketing goals and the strategy your in-house team and our team are using together to meet your goals.
We also recommend reviewing your project estimates at least monthly. That way, you can ask us questions and request adjustments to the estimates so we can help you meet your goals.
We understand that you may not be ready to approve a project estimate right after we create it for your consideration, but it will stay on your dashboard unless you reject it. This is because the project estimates we create for you are likely still relevant to your marketing program even after some time has passed.
